At Flourish with Farren, I offer counseling services tailored to support you throughout the journey that is motherhood. Whether you're experiencing challenges related to adjusting to new motherhood, parenthood, infertility or grief and loss, I'm here for you. I utilize an empathetic and person-centered approach, and my goal is to create a safe and compassionate space where you feel heard, understood, and validated. Common modalities include Exposure Response Prevention, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, but I believe in tailoring our approach to each individual's unique needs and goals. We will focus on nurturing a collaborative relationship that empowers you to thrive. Together, we can navigate through any challenges you may be facing.
PREGNANCY
Pregnancy can bring up a host of emotions, from joy and excitement to fear and worry. It's a time of immense mental, emotional, and physical change. I provide individual counseling services for expectant parents who may be struggling with the emotional challenges of pregnancy.

GRIEF AND LOSS
We know grief is heavy, but you don't have to carry the load alone. We work with clients struggling with the loss of a child, including miscarriage and stillbirths. Whether you are newly bereaved or have been struggling with your grief for some time, I'm here to walk alongside you throughout your grief journey.
