Hello, I'm Farren!
After entering motherhood myself, I realized just how incredibly lonely and overwhelming it can be, and this inspired me to start my own practice. At Flourish with Farren, I'm dedicated to creating a safe, supportive space for women to explore their feelings, struggles, and anxieties without judgement. I believe that my clients are the experts on their own lives, and my goal is to meet them where they are at. Whether you’re dealing with postpartum depression or anxiety, experiencing infertility, managing grief and loss, or juggling the demands of motherhood, I'm here to help you overcome any obstacles that come your way. Together we can work towards the flourishing, happy life you deserve.
Professional Experience and Training
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas. I received my Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) in 2018, and my Master of Social Work (MSW) in 2019 from Texas Christian University.

Social work found me my sophomore year of college—I loved the focus not only on helping others, but also advocating for equity and equality for all. I have several years of experience in school settings and in the nonprofit world. I am an LGBTQ+ allied and culturally responsive therapist. I understand the importance of creating a safe, affirming, and inclusive space where all truly are welcome.

I am a telehealth counselor, and I offer services throughout the state of Texas. Connection is at the forefront of my therapeutic approach, and in my *virtual* office, you will always be met with empathy, acceptance, compassion, and humor. I have experience working with clients of all ages that struggle with anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, self-esteem issues, and trauma. I have training in the Flash Technique, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
